Most automation projects take between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on scope, system complexity, and testing needs. A simple workflow may be completed faster, while projects involving several platforms, custom APIs, or complex business rules can take longer. We define the expected timeline before development begins.

We only request the access required to build, test, and deploy the automation. This may include API credentials, sandbox accounts, application permissions, documentation, or limited administrator access. Where possible, we use temporary or least-privilege access rather than unrestricted credentials.

You own the automation workflows and custom implementation created specifically for your business once the agreed project terms are completed. This includes the configured workflows, documentation, and custom logic delivered as part of the project. Third-party software, APIs, and licensed tools remain subject to their respective providers’ terms.

We test each automation before deployment and monitor key workflows during the launch period. If an issue occurs, we identify whether it comes from the automation, an API change, expired credentials, modified business rules, or a third-party platform. Support and maintenance options can also cover troubleshooting, fixes, and workflow updates after launch.

We follow a least-access approach and only use the data and permissions required for the automation. Credentials and sensitive information should be handled through secure authentication methods, encrypted connections, and approved credential-management systems.
